Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) contract. MAS is an IT procurement vehicle that offers a comprehensive array of state-of-the-art IT products, services, and solutions.
Crest has been awarded a 5-year GSA IT Schedule 70 contract (47QTCA18D002A) for Special Item Number (SIN) 132-51 for all IT Professional Services, which includes:
Cloud services (all associated labor)
Cognitive computing
Conversion and implementation support
Database planning and design
Internet of Things (IoT)
IT project management
Migration services (of all kinds)
Network services
Programming
Resources and facilities management
Systems analysis, design, and implementation

GSA has established six (6) subcategories (High Value Assets [HVA], Risk and Vulnerability Assessment [RVA], Cyber Hunt, Incident Response, Penetration Testing, and Incident Handling and Event Management) that are part of the Highly Adaptive Cybersecurity Services (HACS) Special Item Numbers (SIN-54151HACS) on MAS to provide agencies quicker access to key, pre-vetted support services that will expand agencies’ capacity to test their high-priority IT systems, rapidly address potential vulnerabilities, and stop adversaries before they impact our networks. 8(a) Simplified Acquisition or Sole-Source Set-Aside Contracts
Most contracts are competitive, but sometimes there are exceptions to this rule. Sole-source contracts are a kind of contract that can be issued without a competitive bidding process. This usually happens in situations where only a single business can fulfill the requirements of a contract.
8(a) Stars III Governmentwide Acquisition Contract (GWAC)
Crest has been awarded the 8(a) STARS III Governmentwide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) (47QTCB22D0221). The 8(a) STARS GWACs are known governmentwide as best-in-class, easy-to-use, streamlined procurement solutions to purchase information technology services from 8(a) prime contractors. GSA’s 8(a) STARS GWACs leverage a long-standing partnership with the Small Business Administration (SBA) to support the development of 8(a) firms and provide federal agencies a way to deliver mission-critical IT services working with small, disadvantaged businesses. One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services Plus (OASIS+) is a suite of governmentwide, multi-award contracts designed to support federal agencies’ procurement requirements for services-based solutions. This suite of services contracts is available for use by agencies throughout the Federal Government who hold a Delegation of Procurement Authority (DPA).

SeaPort Next Generation
Crest has also been awarded a SeaPort NxG contract. SEAPORT NEXT GENERATION (SeaPort NxG) is the Navy Virtual SYSCOM Commanders' (NAVAIR, NAVFAC, NAVSEA, NAVSUP, NAVWAR, and ONR) as well as Military Sealift Command (MSC) and the United States Marine Corps (USMC) integrated approach to contracting for Professional Support Services (PSS).
In short, SeaPort NxG provides an efficient and effective means of contracting for professional support services and enhancing small business participation.

Crest was awarded SEWP VI as a small business in both Category B, Enterprise-wide ITC/AV Service Solutions and Category C, Mission-based ITC/AV Services. SEWP VI is a premier GWAC, providing agencies with a streamlined acquisition vehicle for innovative information technology, cybersecurity, communications, audiovisual, cloud, and mission support services.
