Fair Opportunity
SEWP VI is a multiple-award contract. Per FAR 16.505(b), Crest Security Assurance will be given a fair opportunity to be considered for each order placed under their contract using SEWP’s RFQ tools. No documentation of the government’s order selection decision is required to be provided with the order.
Crest does not market, quote, or otherwise offer for sale any items that are not listed on our SEWP VI contract until those items are added to the SEWP database records and made available to all Government end-users.
Contract Clause A.1.13 — Fair Opportunity and Requests for Quotes: Contractors are provided fair opportunity at the individual order level as appropriate per FAR Part 16.505(b), including the SEWP RFQ tools. No documentation for order selection is required to be submitted with the order; all such documentation is maintained by the issuing procurement office. The contractor shall not market, quote, or otherwise offer for sale any IT solutions not listed under this contract until those solutions are included in the SEWP database of record and available to all Government end-users.

How to Order a Quote
Define the requirement and select the appropriate SEWP VI category. Use Category B for an enterprise-wide ITC/AV service solution and Category C for a mission-based ITC/AV service requirement.
Use the NASA SEWP Quote Request Tool (QRT) to submit a Request for Quote (RFQ) or Market Research Request (MRR).
