Frank is a seasoned cybersecurity and project management professional with 14+ years of IT related experience and over 10 years of Network/Application Security Assessment, Penetration Testing, Assessment and Authorization (A&A), IT Security Policy design, Security Awareness Training, Continuity of Operations (COOP), and vulnerability mitigation experience.
He brings management experience in budgeting, personnel development, and IT Security Infrastructure planning.
Frank’s experience is a culmination of 14 years of both Military and industry experience ranging from Department of Defense (DoD) (US Air Force, US Army, DISA, DLA, and DSS) to federal agencies (US Patent/Trade Office (USPTO), Department of State (DoS), Federal Reserve, and the Department of Justice (DoJ).
Additionally, Frank holds a Master of Science degree in Information Technology and internationally recognized IT security certifications, including CISSP, OSCP, GIAC-GPEN, GIAC-GCWN, and CEH. Frank stays current on cyber security industry trends by reading various website articles (e.g., ArsTechnica, ZDNet ZeroDay, and CSO Online), and following industry leader twitter posts, blogs, and podcasts.
Frank also attends industry conferences (ge.g., Blackhat/Defcon, SchmooCon, RSA Netwitness Community Con).
